Pickled Red Beets
Ingredients
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup juice from red beet cans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2-16 ounce cans baby red beets or chunked red beets
Directions
Boil ingredients
Add beets
Bring to a second boil.
Place in 2 (1 pint) masons jars with lids and screw tops.
Process.
